Unless otherwise stated, Natural Wanders own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Natural Wanders website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the property of Natural Wanders and protected by international copyright laws. 

Use of User-Submitted Images and Video

By agreeing to these Terms, you give Natural Wanders permission to process your comments, pictures, and video and any other data inputs. By uploading content, the user grants Natural Wanders a worldwide, non-exclusive and royalty-free license. The license gives Natural Wanders the right to use any comments, photographs or videos submitted by the users during the use of any product or service, including but not limited to comments, photographs or videos submitted via the website, email or social media sites. These comments, photographs and videos may be used for presentation on this website, for promotional/marketing purposes on this website, on another website, in printed materials, on our social media sites, or in any other way deemed appropriate by Natural Wanders. 

Personal information submitted as part of the payment process is still subject to the Privacy Policy of the website. Acceptance of the Terms upon purchase constitutes consent in the use of submitted comments, photographs and videos. If you do not wish to have your uploaded content to be used by Natural Wanders, please email hello@naturalwanders.uk to submit a request.

Under no circumstances shall Natural Wanders be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or other damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, any damages that result from your use of or your inability to use this website, the cost of procurement of substitute goods, data, information or services; errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in the materials on the website; personal injury or property damage of any kind whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of the website; any bugs, viruses, or any other files or data that may be been transmitted to or through the website; or any errors or omissions in any material on the website or any other loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to your use of the website.

Natural Wanders makes every effort to ensure that our website always works. However, there may be times that our services need to be updated. The website is provided as it is at the time of use. Natural Wanders gives no warranty or guarantee regarding the functionality. In particular, Natural Wanders does not warrant or guarantee that the use of the website is not interrupted or free from errors or that errors in the operation or functionality are remedied.

You shall be responsible to wear the proper and suitable attire including but not limited to footwear and clothing before the commencement of the Event. Appropriate clothing should be worn as due to the nature of the Event, conditions may be cold or wet.

No climbing of any kind is required to complete the challenge, including but not limited to trees, walls, fences and gates. Please be respectful of nature and your surroundings while completing the challenge and ensure that no damage is done to the area.

Disclaimer

All users of the website (including without limitation any content, tasks, activities, events, locations, local conditions and circumstances) are the sole responsibility of the user. This means that the user, not Natural Wanders is entirely responsible for participating in Challenges and any consequence that may arise from their participation in that Challenge. Users acknowledge that by participating in Challenges, they may be exposed to risks and dangers and other consequences. Under no circumstances will Natural Wanders be liable in any way for any consequences arising from participating in any Challenges, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any Challenges, or for any offense, injury, death, loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) of any kind incurred or suffered as a result of participating in any Challenges.

Downloading Content

When you have purchased a challenge downloading is permitted. You may download one copy on any single device for your personal, non-commercial use only, so long as you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. This download is for use by you and your team only.

Refund Policy

All challenges have a no refund policy once purchased. However, there is no expiry on the challenge and it can be completed in your own time. You are able to download the pack once when purchased so please save it somewhere to have it available when you choose to complete your challenge.

Challenge Maps

The challenge contains a basic map with an outline of the area. The pins show the approximate location of the answers. There are regular checks for changes or removal of answers included in the challenges.

Hall of Fame 

Once you have completed the challenge you may submit your answers along with the completion form included in your pack. If all answers are correct, you will be added to the Hall of Fame. If they are incorrect, you are not prohibited to have another attempt into the Hall of Fame. The challenge would have to be purchased again for another completion form and Hall of Fame attempt.
